Good day, everyone,
Thank you so much for making the campaign successful and backing us from day one.
We sincerely appreciate you. We only sent out the 120W TravelGo to a few Backers in February.
We wanted to send it out to almost all the backers, but Indiegogo asked us not to do so, as it bridges the platform's rules. So we decided to wait until the campaign finished.
Now that the campaign has ended, we have begun shipping out the chargers to some backers travelling soon.
We know you need to take this charger with you, and we understand its importance.
We have set up the Backerkit survey, but it is yet to be approved. Our aim is for you to start receiving your survey this Saturday. This will allow you to update your shipping information and get extra add-ons if you need items you did not initially add.
For some unknown reason, Backerkit seems too complicated to set up, and it is driving me nuts (lol). I am waiting for them to get back to me and hopefully approve it today (I am currently working on alternatives).
Now, let's get to business. We are excited to get these Chargers into your hands. They are truly the ONLY chargers you'll ever need.
